This policy explains how Extravisual Services BV processes personal data within the Extrapacker web app.
Controller
What data
- Account: your email, your name and your password. The password is stored encrypted (hashed) — we never see or store your password in readable form. Optional: a profile photo you upload yourself, and your country (derived automatically from your IP address at registration).
- Your projects & libraries: the truckpacks and libraries you save are stored under your account so you can reopen them.
- Session cookie: one technical cookie to keep you signed in.
- Server logs (technical): IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser may be logged for security and operation.
Purpose & legal basis
- Providing your account and storing your projects: performance of the contract (the service you request).
- Security and correct operation (server logs, abuse prevention): legitimate interest.
Where & retention
- Your data is stored on our own server at our EU hosting provider.
- Account and projects are kept as long as your account exists. If you delete a project or your account, that data is removed.
- Server logs are retained for a limited time per the hosting provider.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. The hosting provider processes technical logs as a processor. There are no third-party advertising or tracking services.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. You can delete your projects and your account yourself at any time from the User panel. For requests: contact@extravisual.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
